If it's missing from the list, click 'Add' and repeat the same step in the previous tip to locate the Cyberpunk 2077.exe file. Select a program to customize,' find Cyberpunk 2077. On the left-hand side of the Control Panel, click 'Manage 3D Settings' and toggle the main window from Global Settings to Program Settings. Right-click on your desktop and choose Nvidia Control Panel, or activate it via the icon in the bottom-right of the taskbar.
